Stephen gray for elkhart county council district 2
Consistent. Present. Accountable.
This isn’t about politics — it’s about presence.
I’m running to bring steady, engaged leadership to Elkhart County — leadership that shows up, listens, and stays accountable to the people it represents.
Meet Stephen Gray
Stephen Gray is a lifelong Elkhart County resident, husband, and father.
As a parent of a child with special needs, Stephen understands firsthand how local decisions impact families — from public safety to access to resources and support systems. For him, these issues aren’t theoretical — they’re personal.
Stephen works professionally in photography and has built his career around serving people, paying attention to detail, and showing up when it matters.
He has also been involved in local government, including serving as a Precinct Committeeman, State Delegate, and member of the Baugo Township Advisory Board — where he pushed for transparency and clear answers on financial reporting.
Stephen is running for County Council to bring steady, engaged leadership to District 2 — leadership that listens, shows up, and stays accountable to the people it represents.
Because at the end of the day, this isn’t about politics — it’s about presence.
